I've studied about it for a while now but I'm wanting to know more about it. Is there any good websites that tells more about it? I've done 2 past life regressions on my own and it's been really hard for me to do it on my own. Do you recommend that I do it on my own or should someone guide me through it to make sure that I don't stay in the meditative state for too long? if you know anything about it plz let me know. Thanks! ^_^

look, I believe that we have lived many past lives, I'm asking for advice from people that have done PLR's or believe in past lives...I'm not poking at anyone that doesn't believe, just don't judge me. I'm not a Christian so don't post unless you're going to help me out with past life regression and don't try to convert me (no offense to anyone that is Christian). Thanks!

iv don it a few times , and i don't trust what i got, but i go with feelings, i love Hindu chanting, i cry some times a Irish singing,--i am a ethnic German, so were did those likes come from. i like watching old sailing ship movies.
so i suggest you take a innovatory of your deep likes and dislikes and ,see it they relate to some time in the past . or future.some time you may like something and years and years later , that thing will become very popular, and you will say to your self-[i knew that] .in the past.like doing past life regression in your own life time.
all so in your dreams you may get some hints of past actions.
i believe a lot of our fears come from past deaths., irrational fear of water may be because you drowned in a nother life time and ,you now have to correct that ,action.
you can get stuck in meditation ,but its 1 million to 1 that you will, you spirit guides will kick you out,and get you back to this ,place.

Hi, I don't know much about past life regression but I have a few thing to say about doing it by your own. I'm speaking from my own experience not from a formal knowledge, as one who participate in many self-development and spiritual workshops and spent one year in the Osho meditation resort in India. I think that it can be helpful to let someone guide you, but it's OK to do it on your own. Also there is not such thing such as being too long in meditative state, the longer you are the better for you, I think it's healthy and good for you. one more thing, I read a lot on hypnosis and in many places they say that self-hypnosis can be better then guided one. If you are not sure what is better for you this can help you http://www.instant-hypnosis.com/hypnosis/past_life_regression_hypnosis.aspx/?afl=30445 . If you do try it please tell me how was it.
Good Luck

Are you open to alternative explanations? If so, the Bible says we have but one life. Christian researchers believe that the scenes that seem to be about one's past life are really demonically induced deceptions. And, as with other aspects of the occult, like fortune telling, these spirits can show the people who subject themselves to their influence, real scenes from the lives of real people who once actually lived. But these real people are not you. They are people the spirits were familiar with.
Demons are multitudinous, they have been around longer than Man, and they have witnessed many people's lives over the centuries. So, they can present these dead people's lives and times very accurately to anyone who opens up to the dark side.
To open it up, the mind must be suppressed through such methods as drugs, hypnosis, a simple conscious receptivity to spirit mediums, and other channels that the Bible warned us about thousands of years ago.
God's Word says to keep your mind sober, and stay away from the deceptions of the spirit world. And like everything else He said, it's because He loves us. He wants to be your Jehovah Jireh, that is God our Provider -- of everything, including answers to any questions. The great I AM who never changes has all the answers you need, and can get them to you right here, right now. All you do is talk to Him heart to heart. Don't talk to the creation; go straight to the Creator, with Whom we must all ultimately deal anyway.
God bless you on your journey.

there are no past lives. What you are picking up is "cellular memory". Consider a musician who plays a piece of music over and over again. After a while, all he has to do is let his hands play the notes without his having to think about it. It's kind of like that.

Past life is no use for you.In islamic teaching today should be better than yesterday and we hope that tomorrow will be better than today if God still gives us a chance to live..We do not exactly what happens with us for tomorrow whether we will have alive or maybe tonight God will take back our souls and we will die.
