First of all you should think that Mr. Lalu Parshad is the only Railway Minister who had been presenting the Profitable budget for last 3 years. He has given many facilities to the passengers. Garib Rath is very good train. You can travel with more facilities in less. His budget is appreciatable.

Railway Budget is a cheap exercise to gain popularity.
We will definitely make profit if we carry 500 passengers in compartment/bus meant for 100 passengers.
We will definitely make profit if we do not spend on Security
We will definitely make profit if we do not provivide Public Amenities like Toilets Wash rooms Urinals
We will definitely make profit if we do not provide adequate infrastructure to support operations
Reducing Rail Fare to gain popularity when innocent people are killed due train Blasts is a shameful act

AS THERE IS NO INCREASE IN PASSENGERS TICKET RATES AND FREIGHT RATES , IT IS MUCH RELIEF TO PEOPLE. BUT ENGAGING PRIVATE ENTERPRISES IN THE LARGEST PUBLIC SECTOR ESTABLISHMENT OF INDIA WILL AFFECT ITS NATURE AND THE SERVICES.MORE FUNDSWILL BE ALLOTTED TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF RAILWAY`S INFRASTRUCTURE AND SECURITY.
