I am going thru a lot right now & am going to get my Anti Depressants changed BUT I know the effects might take a month to be really significant....I make sure to go out every day but what else can I do to make myself happier & less nervous???

I like to exercise and make my self sour and run for miles i get what they call a runners high. find your self a Hobie such as making alcoholic drinks or due something crazy that will not hurt you. Dig a giant hole in the back yard something spontaneous go hang out with people, go on a camping trip. hey i will even be you Buddy just please don do anything bad to yourself.

Go for a walk or read a book. Talk with friends, or my favorite is go shopping!! Get a pet, do something for as a voulenteer or to help some one in need. That would give you satisfation. Just try not to stress over it all the time and over take you. It is easily done, I know. I am in the process of changing my antidepressants too!! Good luck and deep breathing helps too. Think of a calm place. A get away vacation mentally pictured in your mind of what you would do and what it would consist of. A beach with your toes in the sand at sunset, etc..

Chil. Listen to what your heart says. You are in CONTROL! You got it going on or you wouldn't have asked. Put yourself in your own space. Do what you want to do, when you wnat to do it, and believe that it will turn out right. Go to your space and dream of what you want. Just believe that it will work and keep the faith. It may sound stupid, but I can say from experience, stupid is as stupid does. I believe in you. Just get a focal point of belief in your mind. It's really amazing when that happens.

Have you tried camping it is nice to get away from our everyday lives and just enjoy nature.
