Has anyone seen it? Any advice on how to coax it back?

the best way to stay motivated is to go to different gym to workout. Changing the environment frequently will help you stay motivated. Be sure your gym membership allow you to go to different club, such as bally or 24 hours fitness

Take a week or two off, then go back to the gym with a new routine. On average you should be changing routines about every three months.

I haven't seen it. Have you seen mine? I have the same problem. By the time I get home from work I can't be bothered to go to the gym even though I know I need to.
If I find yours I'll let you know but please find mine for me.

try alternating your days,do something different like swimming one day and the gym the next,you need to change your routine
