A Dermatologist can definitely help by prescribing you with the exact medication that will help your complexion clear up. You
can make an appointment and ask to get advice on how to
correct your problem skin. The Dermatologist will take it from there. Good luck.

You should see a dermatologist. I am guiding you with the basics.Wash your face at least 6 times a day with fresh tap water dry it by patting with a soft towel, don't rub the towel on your face. Take any haematinic in which there is at least 30 gm of Zinc. Don't take oily food. Also take Doxicyclin 100mg. Two caps at once on first day & thereafter one every day for 10 days.

Go to a dermatologist and ask if he/she has anything he can give you for it. To prevent acne i just put soap and water on my face and let it get kind of dry and tight. don't leave it too long though..3 minutes is okay. My skin is smooth as gravy. OLD SKOOL lol

It is really up to you whether you go to the doctor or not. If you decide to go and you have medical insurance you probably have to get a refferal from your regular doctor so that insurance will cover part of it before you see the dermatologist. good luck.

Unfortunately a doctor tends to treat the symptoms rather than the cause. Debbie's son had severe acne and tried all sorts of potions. If it was me I would source out safe, toxin free products. Are you aware of the harmful ingredients contained in most makeup, shampoo, sunscreen, shower gels, cleansers etc? These are predominantly skin irritants. If you would like to know where you can access safe products please email me on leanne27@aapt.net.au

See a dermatologist. The combination of gram flour, turmeric powder and coconut oil will help. Drink a lot of water.
