How to draw proper climograph in Excel?

Question

I have tried drawing a climograph in Excel, but the dotted lines are precipitation and the bars are temperature. I want to reverse that. (Make the dotted lines temperature and the bars precipitation). I have delved into all the tools in Excel 2003, but they do not offer any help. I also tried rearranging my data, but also, it made the whole graph worse. (Jumbled up the precipitation with temperature). How can I solve this?
