I can't stop shaking and I just went to the bathroom and stuck my finger down my throat to puke cuz I felt sick? What could this be. I'm not drunk. I didn't eat anything unusual.

You could be having a what they call "stomach flu", if that's the case it should go away in a day or two. You also might have a food poisoning, but that is usually accompanied by diarrhea. In any case drink more water so you don't get too dehydrated. Hope you feel better.

Sounds like you are coming down with the flu. Drink lots of liquids and get plenty of rest.
