Who decides which chickens get roasted and which ones get filleted.

Some breeds make good filets , some breeds are better baked and some are best boiled. I see it like this you would not boil a cornish game hen for chicken and dumplins :)

The ones that get filleted are emo chickens-they cut themselves. The ones that get roasted are the ones that drink too much of the fermented grain with water that they get.

Personally, I tried to start a chicken farm once but ended up keeping all the birds as pets.
