Any good budget salon around??

Is there a beauty school near you? That's as cheap as you'll get, unless you can do it yourself (not recommended).

THey have pretty good Salon's at Wal-Mart actually. I do know they use good color agents. Wella I think. I should turn out well and they're not expensive.

yeah, a beauty school is about the cheapest your gonna get. you could also try a cosmetology class thats in a public school. i know our prices for color was like $15.00. a perm was about $12.00. check it out and see!
