He needs to see the veterinarian immediately.

Diarrhea is the first sign of many deadly puppy disorders, such as Parvo and Distemper.

Don't chance it. Take him in now. If caught early, you could save his life.

They are both very fast killers.

As long as he's eating and drinking he's okay, anytime an animal goes through a change, like new home, taking away from mom, new food, new people, etc. they are likely to get the runs for a few day, this is just from stress and is normal as long as it's just a couple day and no vomiting is involved. Give the puppy till tomorrow and see if his mood doesn't lighten more and his appetite doesn't return to normal then yes get him seen. As long as he is bright alert and responsive, it's okay it's just had it's world turned upside down and needs time to adjust to everything.
Spend a lot of time with him distracting him tomorrow and see if it doesn't help. From the sounds of it he has a very good vaccination and worming history, so I wouldn't fear Parvo and all the other nasty things just yet. You still have time to go conservative for now as long as he's hydrated and alert. To check for hydration, you can pick up the skin on the back of it's neck and lift it up and then drop the skin and see if it stays tented up or if it snaps right back down to his neck. If it snaps back down, he's fine, if it stays up, don't wait go to the vet soon. Dehydration is the first signs of the bad stuff. Good luck

Maybe Roco is still adjusting to his new home and nervousness is making him have the runs. If the runs continue, you can cook some white rice, let it cool completely and let him eat about a
half cup. It should help. Burnt toast without anything on it works
too. But, if he continues to have the runs, let your vet have a look at him. Better to be safe than sorry.

You could try a little bit of rice. Not much with him being so young. Make sure he keeps drinking and urinating so that you know he's not dehydrated. If nothing seems to help, go see the vet. The change of a new home may be stressing him out, too. Just give him lots of love and attention.

I would say take it in just in case especially since it isn't eating very well. If your city highly chlorinates it's water that might be doing it or your puppy could have a virus, parasite, bacterial infection. Even though you de-wormed him, he may have worms as well. Still I would take him in to get checked out.

water MAY be the cause but he needs a vet ASAP. I have lost an entire litter to parvo and it was NOT fun . Don't take any chance, medical attention immediately to be sure is my recommendation.

I'm not absolutely sure, but I'd take him in just in case. Something pretty similar happened to my dog when we first got him. It turned out that he had Parvovirus. He wouldn't eat, and all he did was lay around the house.
