Yes, every day . I think about everything that goes in my mouth. I indulge only when asked to dine elsewhere, then try to get back on track the next day. Lots of fish, chicken, and fresh veggies and fruits for me. Excercise and dance!

Yeh, i eat very healthy. If you eat whatever you want there is a chance that you will not maintain a healthy weight. I know i wouldnt!! It all depends on you genes. Does you mum and dad eat unhealthy and are both skinny? If so then it will be most likely that it will be the same for you. It is better in the long run to eat healthy though.

The main thing I make an effort to do is drink alot of water through out the day and i dont eat anything after 6:pm I have maintained my same weight besides when i was pregnant since i was a freshman in highschool

Ive always been able to eat whatever and stay slim, all that deck swabbing I suppose, arrghh, I am a healthy specimen, dont like to eat Barnacle Bills or the like, fish fingers are not on the menu on my tight ship.

I eat whatever I want. The key word is moderation. You will still be over weight if you consume too much, even if it is healthy food.

I eat healthy 90% of the time, but I really can't look past sweet treats and desserts. It's my downfall.
I love anything sweet and once I have a little, I want a lot!

I eat whatever i want-whenever i want.
I love baked goodies-cookies,chocolates,cakes,esp brownies-i have the sweetest tooth ever but Luckily i tend to love salads and fresh fruits so it balances out.
the only thing i really do is run for half an hour 5 times a week.

I eat helathy about 90% of the time. it is important to me to stay fit and diet is a very important factor in staying fit. But the other 10% i use to keep myself sane by eating little treats here and there....

I eat whatever my wife makes for me, except mac&cheese, and my weight has been at 178lb,s for the last 5years, so it can't be too bad.
