How do I set a browser requirement setting to support 128-bit encryption?

My operating system is Windows 98 2nd Edition with Microsoft Internet exployer.

You can download the high encryption version of Internet Explorer from Microsoft.

If you've never tried it, download the FireFox browser from Mozilla, you'll LOVE it!

You need to get the IE Browser that is 128bit encryption, download it from microsoft's website. Good luck
