You know, I don't have the same experience as you do with that. It seems the other way around to me.

I don't particularly want to label myself as anything, not even agnostic, but that needn't detain us here. What I'm trying to say is that I would be most interested in some good criticism of atheists. For example, how sad to not have eternal bliss to look forward to. How can an atheist possibly get through life without heaven as a reward? You know why I think questions like that are interesting? Because they have very, very interesting answers.

Always have the right to think. We're not at 1984 yet.

Umm....ok. If you're that offended, why not ignore what offends you. If it really grinds your gears, you need to step away from the computer. The internet is a great place to act like an idiot and get away with it. I've seen ALL people do this so it's not fair to target just Atheists. They can say you're wrong all they want, anyone can. Unless you're lacking faith or questioning yourself, it shouldn't sway you or bother you that people disagree with you. If it does, you seriously need to get a life and stop worrying about other people. You can't change them and they can only change you if you let them.

This is THE misconception between these groups. The problem is you've probably let yourself become affected by the assholes who swim these Answer waters. Just like atheists find 7 paragraph testaments to God as answers to their questions.

Why can't you two just kiss and make up, for america...for the children... for 9/11

Atheists are wrong.

People that are not sure of themselves will usually try to build themselves up by trashing others. It's typical of Atheists, Liberals, Democrats and even some Christians

The very FIRST two phrases of the very FIRST Amendment: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech . . . " Obviously, the Founding Fathers wanted very much to protect people from having unwanted religions pushed upon them.

If you don't want atheists talking about Christians, then MIND YOUR OWN SPIRITUAL BUSINESS! You deserve whatever your unwanted and unneeded preaching and proselytizing get you. Those who pray in the closet in private, as Jesus commanded, do not find themselves talked about.

You know I don't find the it that way, atheists have always been willing to sit and have a healthly debate, at least those I have come across, I just don't find what you are saying to be the case, I have found it that christians are less tolerant to anyone who doesn't follow what they feel is the "way".

I guess they are just closed minded people. there are a lot of groups of people who are known for being closed minded... Say republicans for example. lol

Someone mentioned earlier that atheist is a belief and that atheist don't want to recognize that. That is actually untrue because atheist realize that it is a belief based on what scientific facts we have. No that are not inclusive, yet. Not tellling you you're wrong just my POV

All Atheist are not the same, a few atheists talks about christians, and talking about someone is bad either way it goes, so sense you belive in god (so do i) do good, and don't worry about someone else.

For atheists, this is all they have. Literally. Let them do it and have their fun.

Some people view atheists as representation of the Devil, as they have been consumed by disbelief and try to pull people from their faith (my apologies to the nice "scientific" atheists who don't try and force their views and are respectful of others).

I do agree that there is much abuse and disrespect of Christan beliefs on this forum by (generally) atheists. And it's a RELIGIOUS forum!

I'm not trying to be mean or anything but people who don't hold my point of view should neither ask or answer questions on this forum. Is that what you want?
