they needto help me?
All I'm told to do is collect the source by going to "Advanced Search," find contact info., member's user ID and item #.
Now what?? That's all they told me. I just copied the whole frickin' page and pasted it to a return to the so-called eBay help.

I've been ripped off by a seller, having paid her (Joyce Branstetter), got the book I wanted, but the cover was the wrong size. I returned the cover, after I was promised she'd replace it. That was several months ago.

Another problem; no phone number to the seller. I would have called her, if that was the case.

click on SITE MAP at the bottom of My Ebay page.
At the bottom of the page you will see dispute links.
Follow the steps to put the information into their system. The first page will have a box for the item number in dispute.
It's several pages but fill it all out and submit it.

It takes a while to go through the process. Seems I remember 45 days. Each step has a certain number of days.

Good luck! I had two disputes on undelivered items and both were settled in my favor. Hope it works out that way for you!

To report a dispute:
Click the “My eBay” link at the top of the eBay home page.

On the left-hand side of the page under My eBay Views, click the “Dispute Console” link.

On the Dispute Console page, select the problem you want to report by clicking the “Report an Unpaid Item” link or “Report an Item Not Received or Not as Described” link.

Provide the item number and follow the instructions on the report pages.

You should have her full contact information from the original invoice of the transaction. That should be in your email. If you paid with paypal, file a paypal dispute on the paypal site and you could get a refund from paypal. eBay won't help much if she owns an eBay store, but paypal is pretty good about getting your money back.
