Depends on the girl. She could cover her lower part with one hand and her upper parts with her other arm...or she may enjoy having him see her entire view* depends on the girl and who the guy is*

Hopefully none. Let's hope that she's cool enough with herself and her body to be seen naked by others without having an anxiety attack or, worse yet, doing the "OMG, do I cover my boobs, or my butt, or my cooch...yikes!" dance that looks so ridiculous.
