I love terriers best. They are feisty and opinionated, and very independent. But they love with all their hearts.

The average dog is a nicer person than the average person. Each breed has its own distinct charactrestic and no dog is inferior to another. If you can't decide between a Shepherd, a Setter or a Poodle, get them all....
Anyway, if u r in need of a good companion i would suggest u a labrador retriever. This breed is very flexible, affectionate and playful but at the same time helpful and have good understanding. No matter how little money and how few possessions you own, having a dog makes you rich, so if u r in an idea of getting a dog, don't hesitate and Make it fast.

My favorite dog is Beagles.
They're really sweet and love to cuddle up.
I've got two of 'em, Elmo & Duffy. The only thing I don't like is they bark at squirrels and the mailman, but other than that, they're the best! They're verrryyyy dorky though :]

In my opinion there is no better dog than a doberman. They are smart, loyal, handsome and think they are people. If you're not prepared to have a constant companion, go for long walks and spend a lot of time in the company of a doberman, don't get one. They are too sensitive to be treated like any old mutt. They need to be trained with kindness not force. If you get one, love it and treat it like one of the family 'cos he/she will love you and want to be one of the family. Definitely not for confined spaces. Good luck from a real dobermaniac

I would have to say that my favorite breed of dog is a Yorkie because their coat is just so beautiful when it is taken care of properly and they have the sweetest disposition when they are socialized properly also.

My favorite dog is my own. :)
My favorite *kind* of dog are German Shepherds. I like them because they're very intelligent and they are suited for a lot of different things - herding, Schutzhund, agility, obedience, therapy dog work, etc. They're just wonderful dogs.

Cavalier King Charles! We have a little boy called Charlie and he is the most precious little guy! So tollerant with our 3 kids, loving, loyal and so beautiful and elegant looking!

There are TONS of great breeds out there to be honest.
My favorites are German Shepherds and Dobermans though personally. Loyal, intelligent, and amazingly observant.

I love Labradors. They are the smartest dogs and they love you with every fiber of their being (as all dogs do). But there's something special about Labs. Why else would they be used so widely as service dogs? I can't wait till I have mine.

Pit Bulls!!!!!!
They're sweet, loving, great with children and family and though they're not the most graceful dog around, they're hearty dogs with big personalities who love nothing better then licking the skin right off your body. Another thing I love about them is their pit bull smile when they pant!

My favorite breed is French Bulldogs. They have such a great temperament and they are like little clowns. I swear that they enjoy making their owners laugh.
