Try Neutrogena, but if it is stress related, that won't fix it. If you are stressed then talk to a doctor about it. Otherwise invest in pro-active. Heard really good things, not just the commercials. My step-daughter has the same problem. Just go for the gold!

First, use a coral sponge when bathing..it will help clean the pores..then second, after you shower, get the green rubbing alochol and use that it will dry out the moisture in the pores and then get a foot fungus cream...this has a higher rate ingredients for killing off bateria in the pores than regular acne meds...final... you need a very good high quality body lotion. Try Sarna Lotion..It has a healing elimante...

use a good back acne treatment like clearpores. got rid of virtually all acne from my bf's back.

alot of times they are caused by not enough air getting to your skin too... get one of those loofahs on a stick so you can scrub your back and try to wear cotton shirts so your skin can breathe - also, make sure you arent allergic to your clothes detergent
