I'm just trying to gauge people's opinions on this issue, because there seems to be a stigma involved here.

What stigma are you talking about? My husband is white and I am black. No I am not depressed and we are happy together. H-A-P-P-Y!

What difference does it make? Did anyone ever notice both have the same color blood, which represents "life"?

If two people care about one another, color should never be an issue. Who gives another person the right to judge who is the superior race? Ask a bullet, Ask death, see if they know the difference.

Ignorance hurts!! Color adds beauty to the world!

my feelings are jusy fine about bi-racial relationships, black women are wonderful.there isnt any difference as far as i am concerned..of course there are still a lot of bigots around the corner in every city..
it is way past time we stop judgeing people on the skin color issue.if a person looks inside, and not outside, they will find a more beautiful person..love can happen to everyone, regardless of race,if you are interested in such a relationship, then by all means pursue it..everyone deserves a little happiness in their lives.

A friend of mine has been married to a black woman for 15 years and never seen him so happy. They are humans exactly like us, the only difference is the skin colour. Who cares about the colour if both parties needs fits in with one another. I don't care what colour the person is, so long he loves and respects me. You've guessed, I'm not racist!

I say, Live, Love and Laugh, they are the 3 L's of life. If you live, love and laugh, what else is there? Does it matter if they have a different colour skin or is it really about our hearts and whats really in them? Life is love and love is to laugh, so whatever makes you do these, you are with Him. Enjoy life and enjoy every minute that this can give you, because nobody else cares, if you are happy or not accept HIM. Take care Heather

There is nothing wrong with it. It is called male/female attraction. Color is such a small part of life. There are plenty of books that discuss this topic. In the next 20 years, as the Trent Lotts die out, no one will care.

The truth is to me there is no such thing as black or white or green or purple. Love should never be dependent on color. Close minded racists will surely tell you different.

Two things that I have noticed about white men when they date black women. First they usually go for the darker skinned women and they usually go for quality in them. The women they choose are usually attractive and smart, and have a lot going for them. Unlike when black men date white women. It seems like unless they are rich and famous, a lot of black men get the white girls that it seems like the white men don't want.

I personally don't see anything wrong with it, I never believed that the color of somebodies skin is a barrier to falling in love.
