You mistakenly say "it must be captured by satellites". It MIGHT be photographed, but I wouldn't bet on it. Too much land, not enough sats. Even the military has to reposition their sats sometimes to get what they want.

As for Google Earth, you have to remember that any of those pictures that make up the composite may be as old as three years. So Google says, anyway.

Why do you assume that A) what you are saying is true, and B) that YOU could gain access to some image? Different entities own satellites so how would you know if something was picked up?

Try in google earth, I remember that in Travis air force base you can clearly see an U-2 flying at low altitude, it's near the runway.
You can recognize the plane and its shadow.

not necessarily. you're implying that the whole earth is under the watchful gaze of satellites ie someone or some power is watching our every move.......hold on a minute you might be right!
