I have some old chairs with limited sentimental value, we'd like to keep as much of the original as we can, but we need new seats for them. The frames without seats backs just have open holes, and if we replace those we'll have to replace the armrests as well.

A local upholsterer can do this for you. The ones I have here in North Carolina can duplicate anything I ask them to do, even high-end replicas. It shouldn't cost more than $30 or so per chair, but that depends on where you live.
