He says the most random thing to talk about
His friends are always looking at you
He looks across the coward and once he sees you looking……he holds your gaze
He ignores you some times really badly

I think that it depends on your age. If you are younger he might be trying to build up the confidence to ask you more, like a date or "to go out!" lol. If you are older he might be shy or just waiting to see f you might pursue him. You should regardless of the age ask him to go and do something just the two of you one day! If you like him. From all these signs I am going wth he is interested.
