Credentials do not indicate intelligence. There are some very intelligent people without a Highschool Diploma or GED. There are also many utter morons with a Highschool Diploma or GED. Credentials are simply not a useful measure, in and of themselves, of intelligence, just an indicator that a person jumped through a specific hoop or set of hoops placed in front of them by other individuals.
