It's recommended that you backup the registry first, Go to run, regedit, File, Export, Choose the Name and Folder to save in, Click Save... If something messes up after cleaning registry, right click the file saved and choose "Merge" this will import the saved registry file back to the registry and previous state...
With that being performed, you can manually delete these empty keys, or use a registry cleaner to do so... Good Luck

Delete them, but I suggest making a backup of your registry if your gonna edit it in any way unless you really know what your doing. I'd say, jus tleave your registry alone if it works.
