because in it it says the Jews of Gods chosen and look what their doing to their neighbors, murdering them is what their doing, they kill a 1000 Innocents for one man killed of theirs. their evil is my opinion.they shoot children for just standing their or throwing a rock at a tank, for Gods sake. their evil.the feds or evil too for killing over half a million in Iraq.I do believe in what Jesus said though.things like having love and faith and accepting the spirit of God into us and ask of it for guidance and trying to do Gods will.
that old testament stuff is almost all. Jewish mythological crap.

The fact is, the Bible was dictated by God as a letter to man so that he would know all things to come. Refusing to do so will result in being ill prepared when His answers are needed most.

It was "physically" written by more than 40 different writers over a period of several centuries but it was inspired by God - it was God-breathed and it is HIS Word, HIS Story, HIS plan of salvation, HIS authority and power revealed through it. The Bible WORKS and has for millions of people down through time.

Because it wasn't, it was Divinely INSPIRED by God. Biggest reason to believe it wasn't inspired by God is refusing to submit to a higher power - Pride. (Lucifer had this problem too).

If it was, then one would also have to assume that the Koran and the book of Mormon were written by "God." For that matter: all religious writings.

Why would an all-knowing god write such vague stories about himself that paints him as a cruel and vengeful god?

Because there is no solid proof that this "Supreme Being" wrote the fairy tale book. The bible ranks right up there with Grimm's Complete Fairy Tales.

Well if anybody has any photos of God holding a pen...I'm not saying it was not divinely inspired, but there is a lot of zealotry in there, and it was put together by people for political purposes.
