first of all i am not homo-sexual like my other questioned may have implied. why do girls flirt and send all kinds of come on's and signals to go out with them and then when you ask them out they say "i have a boyfriend/"

Basically shallow women with low self-esteem who need constant attention from men for reassurance they are truly desirable. When they play this “game” for their self-gratification regardless of how “hot” they look,, they’re pretty “ugly” on the inside.

i must bashfully admit that I am a girl with a boyfriend and I do that, sometimes without even knowing it. but i think alot of women try to get guys attention just to see if other men still find them attractive. It's always nice to know someone finds you good looking or that they're attracted to you. And sometimes women like to hear that from more people than just their boyfriend. It's kind of like being able to cheat, but without really having any physical interaction. Sometimes it's just for fun

As for me and the reason I do it is simply for the attention. But I don't go looking for it, when guys approach me I entertain them for a while and then when they ask for my number I let them know I have a man. Why don't you try letting the females approach you sometimes. Make eye contact and let her do the rest. You may get different, more favorable results.

I don't do that myself and I find it irritating to watch women who do that... Sometimes women who are really insecure feel validated by getting the attention of every man around.. even if they have no real interest in them. Such girls are losers.

girls are naturally flirty.
we like attention.
lots of people think i want to go with them...but its really because i'm extra friendly.
when a girl really likes you...you'll know...but don't pay attention to your average natural flirt type of girl...if she treats you alittle better than other boys or spends more time with you...then that's really the only time that it is sincere.

Maybe you're interpreting their actions wrongly. Could it be that they are just being nice and like you very much and want to hang out with you...but aren't interested in you, romantically? Could it be that you are seeing what you want to see and are setting yourself up for disappointment?
