How overweight are you? I'd recommend checking your BMI first before you make and changes at the following site:

Second, if you want to lose the weight in a healthy manner, I'd cut the sugars and salty foods, all the processed junk, and replace those snacks with fruits. If you can, eat less but in more portions, ideally six times a day. Depending on your age and height, your daily caloric needs may vary. The average adolescent now needs about 1600+ calories a day, give or take a few hundred, though I am sure this is based around females.

I would not workout 3 - 4 hours a day if you're starting out. I would recommend first reaching the recommended time, which is 30 minutes a day, and then gradually boost it up another 30 minutes.

Pushups are good for your arms, so it is best to start off with 10 a day, or if you want, 10 at in the morning, afternoon, and night so it equals 30 a day. When you're first starting out, though, I'd first alternate days, and then do them every day. I woiuld not recommend situps, but instead crunches, done in the same manner as pushups: morning, afternoon, night, every other day, then every day. Be sure to increase the amount you do when you feel you are ready.

You should walk right when you come back home if you can, or before you eat dinner, or in the morning. 30 minutes would do fine as you're beginning. I'd recommend walking at around 3.3 on the treadmill, 5.2 if you're running. I would not do heavy weight, but light weights (5 or less pounds) in lunging or squats, which tone your thighs and butt. Be sure to drink water, 6 - 8 cups a day so you can stay hydrated and help your body burn calories.

my advice to you from someone who is working to, is to set an eating and excercise habit, google online a website that can tell you how many calories you should be eating and stay under that level, losing weight is mostly about the diet, as far as excercise goes 4 hours i WAY to much youll only tire yourself out and accomplish nothing,. You shoudl do 1 hr of cardio 6 days a week and weight lifting every other day alternating muscle groups. Hope this helps good luck!

Nourish your body thin, instead of starving your body fat. Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic load. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin and healthy. Salt has no calories but makes you fat and burning more calories does not help this fatness.

Use velform Sauna Belt, 2 inches less in 50 minutes i guess its not for your age so try to go to the gym regularly, do 20 sits-up per day, its not necessary to give 3-4 hours every day but u must eat only healthy things!!

WALK UP STAIRS WHEN U CAN, INSTEAD OF TAKING THE LIFT, DO HOUSEWORK; ITS ACTUALLY ALOT OF EXCERCISE! WHEN YOU'RE PROPER HUNGRY, GO FOR HEALTHIER STUFF & IF YOU'RE CRAVING JUNK, HAVE IT WHEN YOU'RE NOT TOO HUNGRY. IGNORING CRAVINGS WONT HELP IN THE LONG RUN AS U'LL GIVE IN AT SOME POINT
