My friends mother had a dell printer, the cheap one that comes free with the special offer and she saw some HP cartridges that were the exact same size and style as the Dell ones, only ten times cheaper. She tried them out, and they only worked a few times, after that, it stalled and she had to replace the cartridges again. Not worth it.

Try www.carrotink.com

I've been buying there for years. Printers can go bad for any number of reasons. I just dumped a Dell 922 AIO with an almost full color cartridge because of a faulty sensor.

no! each brand cartridge is made to work with that brand printer! also, you should be able to find remanufactured cartridges online for about half the price of a new one.

I shop here. Using the model A920 as an example. you'll save $20 (on the black and tri-color carts) ordering from this site, versus shopping at Staples online site.
