i want 2 lose like 7-10lbs.i am only 13 so yeah.i want 2 lose the wieght easliy.dont get me wrong im willing 2 work hard but im not willing 2 push myself 2 extreme.&& i was wondering if any of u know if the ab lounge work good?also i heard that if u make urself through up u really arent getting rid of the calories u ate....is that true?PLEASSSSSSSE & THANK U!

Listen a pound is 3500 calories. If you are weighting the same for some time now, but have decided to lose the extra weight. Cut out 1 piece of toast with butter in the mornings that is about 200 calories in 17 days you will lose about a pound or just about two pounds a month by the middle of June you should reach your goal,.....but listen to me very carefully DO NOT try to lose more faster. When people lose fast they gain it right back and add more on top of it .

Look forget the treadmill and the yoga lessons. Don't get too worked up. I just bought this machine that makes you lose weight. I kinda laughed when my friend stepped on it because she looked like she was having a seizure. It was shaking her body all over. We weighed her afterwards and she lost about 6 ounces in like 15 or 30 minutes. Go on it in a day and see how much you lose. I went on it and put it on 30. HAHAHA it still feels weird and kinda mkes me laugh. My gf went on it and soon all my friends were lining up to try it. Last night...oh yeah and by the way did you guys watch? Ha! Ellen hosted! She was all like "look at you" to Leo that cracked me up. Yeah me and my friends watched only and hour of it because they wanted to lose weight. But mr. obesity hogged it for 3 hours because he wanted to lose some pounds without having gymnasts laugh at him. Ha

Jesus. Please, please, for the LOVE OF GOD, do NOT listen to the first user. That is absolutely disgusting. Listen: do not worry about your weight. You are 13. Take good care of your body and your health, it is the only one you've got. Kids your age hear a lot of bullshit and are pressured into making themselves look a certain way, weigh a certain amount. Ignore that sh!t. It is not important. YOU are important, and your health is important. Right? So screw anyone who tells you you need to lose weight. Yes, you need to stay healthy, but there is NOTHING healthy about throwing up in a toilet in order to lose weight. Eating disorders are very dangerous, and they can kill you.

DO NOT WORRY ABOUT LOSING WEIGHT, at any point in your life. What you SHOULD be concerned about is staying fit. That is VERY DIFFERENT.

Be safe. Respect yourself.

child plz dont start throwing up every where that only works for the sick minded individuals just get you some video tapes i think the spelling is tabo by billy blank and you will loose the weight plus but remember in order to take something out of the body you have to put something in meaning eat a hardy meal and drink lots of water BEFORE you begin to exercise and gl 2 ya

ab lounge does not make u lose weight ..only nauceous

try cutting your meals by half...if u ususally eat a whole burger only eat half a burger while on your diet....I f you usually eat 2 bowls of cereal on eat 1 bowl, eat on saucer size plates so you can only put so much food on them..also try eating really slow..the slower you eat the faster you feel full and therein not want to eat anymore......I did this and lost 13 pounds in 2 months

I think you should lose weight by playing often. A fun and healthy way to lose weight. Besides, you do know that we haven't finished winter yet. no rush^_^.

my couzin did the treadmill 3 times daily .. 20 minuits each and threw up her food.
she lost 15 pounds in 2 weeks

she sais the only workout that worked was the treadmill, walking and running . throwing up most everything made her lose weight really fast..want energy wbefore the treadmill? eat a banana first.
