Just last year I was arrested at my home for domestic violence. 2 counts in the 4th degree. I didn't plead guilty or not guilty but instead signed a stipulated order of continuance. Everything was going great until a couple days ago when I was arrested for possession of mary j, paraphernalia, and an MIP. I'm currently seeing a probation officer so I'm assuming I'm violating the terms of probation, but I never signed any terms of probation to violate so I'm curious as to what will happen to me. I'm attending narcotics anonymous meetings right now and will have proof to bring to the court in a week that I'm trying. Every charge so far has been a misdemeanor so I don't know what will happen. Help would be appreciated! Thanks!

Actually the marijuana possession is the least of your problems. Unless it was a large amount its usually just a violation....Its your violation of probation that you're going to be in troble for. And you dont have to sign any terms...basically the courts just dont want you to be a perp for a couple of years, you didnt make it, that tends to make Judges a little upset, but you seem to be doing ok, but I dont know the rest of your history..Good luck to you.
