I wish there was (I'm growing out a bad dye job).. but unfortunately we're stuck with our hair growing 1/2"-1"/month. Just eat a healthy diet and hopefully it'll maximize growth. If you want to try something though (probably a waste of money) Frederic Fekkai has this new line out on sephora.com. It a good brand so maybe it'll work but i doubt there's a way to speed up hair growth.

Biotin ... it's a vitamin. About 350 MCG a day would be great. In a multivitamin i have it has 40MCG or 13%. It works!
