There's a great book called "Every Woman in the Bible" that would be a great aid to your study.
Deborah, prophetess to her people, very powerful indeed. Esther, married to King Darius and changed the mind of a King and saved her people are two that I can think of right away.
How about Sarah, Ruth, Rebecca, Leah, Rachel, Eve, also do a study on the Mary and Martha story (sisters in Acts). Don't forget Mary, mother of God, and Elizabeth, mother of John the Baptist.
Priscilla wife of Aquilla in Acts is another good one! There are just too many to name! :)

Ahh! One of my favorite studies in the Word. I love to study about the strong women in the bible.
Ruth, who followed and became a part of the lineage of Jesus
Rahab, the prostitute that helped the spies
Mary, the mother of Jesus
Mary Magdalene, the first evangelist sent from the tomb to tell about the resurrection
Mary and Martha the sisters
Lydia the seller of purple, the women that started the first church by a woman.
Priscilla who shared a ministry equal to her husband.
Eve the mom who messed up, and let us all know that Jesus can fix our biggest mistakes
The woman with the issue of blood, who gave us courage to reach out to Jesus no matter what the cost.
The woman at the well, who taught us that Jesus will meet us right where we are at.
Esther the queen who was faithful
Peters mom, who helped to service the ministry
The woman with the alabaster jar, who taught us that we can minister to the very feet of Jesus.
There are so many women in the bible that teach us, I hope you have a grand adventure learning about them.
be blessed in Jesus, Vicki

From Eve to Jezebel, Mary to Salome discover Women of the Bible
Their names are familiar, but their stories are many times overshadowed by those of the patriarchs they knew. These courageous, decisive women deserve to be better known. They struggled to love, to parent, to succeed in relationships, and to make their way through a dangerous world, frequently defying male authority when it failed to meet their needs, or those of their families.
Now U.S. News enlightens readers with recently uncovered insights about many of the most notable women featured in both the Old and New Testaments. Some of the fascinating women you'll discover include:
Eve: The first woman
Zipporah: She battled with God
Delilah: She brought down Samson
Mary: Jesus's mother
Salome: A seductive and deadly muse

Esther is a very inspiring story about a woman who trusted in God, and ended up being queen. Then there is the story of ruth, who is commended for her faithfullness, and in turn reaped great rewards. there is also the story of anna, who was faithful to the Lord and was able to see baby Jesus before she died. I also think Deborah is a pretty cool woman. talk about powerful, she was a prophetess, and fought the bad guys and everything! she stuck a peg through her enemy's head, and then sang a song to God about it!
There is Dinah, who was the only daughter of Jacob, who was raped, married off to the guy she was raped, and then was kidnapped home by her brothers, who killed her husband and her husbands family. there is maybe three sentences about her in the story of Jacob, most people don't even know she exists!
there was an old woman who housed the prophet elisha, even though she couldn't keep herself and her son fed. when her son died, elisha raised him from the dead, and he kept her oil and flour jar full, through the work of God.
in the new testament, there is mary Magdelene, who spent a years wages on perfume, and then used it to annoint jesus. she washed his feet with her tears and wiped them with her hair. she was the only one to ever annoint Jesus, as he had risen from the dead before anyone had a chance to preserve his body.
these are my favorite women of the old testament, but there are many, many others, and i'm sure a christian book store would sell a devotional book on women from the bible, as that is the sort of thing they would carry.
i hope this is helpful at least somewhat, i'm sorry i don't have any exact scriptures, but hopefully it gives you something to build on :)
