Raise the child like a normal child, watch their behavior, and if they show the first sign of demon possessed, get them to the priest right away... or those that can cast out demons.
But, there will NOT be a child born with the "mark of the beast"....so your question is just a fantasy you might want to see take place.. great imagination... get a person from Hellywood to direct it.

Talk to a plastic surgeon about getting that removed ... because that child sure is going to go through alot of hardship because of a birthmark. The idea that the antichrist will be born with this number on his body is only credible in movies. "666" refers to the numerological identity of the "beast", which in fact was Nero.

People aren't going to "be born" with the mark. They have to accept it willingly when they come of age to work and etc. for "no man can buy or sell save he have the mark" like it says in Revelation.

I'm not a Christian and don't believe in that nonsense but if one of my babies was born with that birthmark, no one in that room would leave until i had it removed and they were all somehow silenced. No good could come to that child if that ever got out.

Consult a plastic surgeon or a laser tech. In this day and age, there is no excuse for an unsightly birthmark.
