Every time I eat pie and ice cream, usually I drink water because of the crust. Then afterwards I feel horrible and bloated. Why is that?

Every one feels horrible after eating something fattening. try just drinking water or eating fruit. Something i do instead of eating lot of fattening foods when i want sweets is drink strawberry milk.

Too much sugar!! Your stomach needs time to digest the junkfood so the water will sit for awhile with the food and make you feel bloated. Maybe eat a smaller portion of pie and ice cream and that might help.

Too much fat intake. I know I always feel a little sick after I eat a load of junkfood. Well not a load, but more than enough. And then drinking water after you eat? That's not good, you should drink water before you eat, that way you are a little filled up and don't overeat. Also drink it during and after the meal if you like. But don't drink it only after you eat everything, because it gives you that really full feeling that you don't like.

Well, it's got nothing to do with the water, trust me! It's possable you have a little milk intolerance, or maybe you should choose between the icecream or the pie, both might just be too much.

why not try taking only pie and ice cream.then, if the horrifying persist consult a doctor

Maybe you are allergic of something in the pie or ice cream...egs,milk,fruit.....you must go to a nutritionist!!!!!!!
