Depends on which technology you are talking about. Are you doing a school essay? I think technology effects the whole world and not only Thailand and it's culture.
I'm pretty much enjoying new things and advancement, otherwise I wouldn't be using this notebook with broadband wifi 3 MB and discussing technology effecting Thai culture at the moment, instead I may be playing Thai chess at the pier close by Chao Phraya river drinking Meklong Whiskey!! Just kidding.
But it's true. I wouldn't a chance to be conversing with you who I've never known at all.
The world is getting smaller and more harmonised.
When I was young, Thai people often wonder what Americans and European think, eat and do things. Now, the wonder become more deep and complex and that we could talk it over, right? Now, in a good way the world developed with technology as well.

Significantly affect the way of life and culture. Thai is official language but in the past you may experience different dialect from local people just only 100 km away. For instance, Rayong and cholburi only 100 + east of Bangkok but have 2 different accents. Supanburi only 100 km to the north from Bangkok also has different accent. Now with TV and telecommunication, their accents have less deviation from Bangkokian.

Mobile phone also has significantly destroyed the way of living. Now everybody in the country can talk with each other via mobile phone making it's hard to find peaceful places where people can live peacefully without the influence of outside world.

Thailand has gained lot of things from high technology, esp. infrastructure but it also sacrifice its peaceful atmostphere. 40 years ago, we can say Thailand was real paradise no matter where you go or live in the kingdom.

Of course it has, just as it has affected so most nations. The biggest part of technology that sticks out like a sore thumb to me are mobile phones. As this sounds surprisingly like a homework question and I'm not terribly keen on doing others work for them I'll let you try to scrounge up some links, but in short I'll leave it as, YES technology has affected the thai people.

Well, all you need to do is to see how technology has affected other countries instead. For example in Singapore, kids nowadays only know how to play games on computer. Ask them to play a physical game and they will stare at you blankly. So much for technology.

This is also affecting the Thais, especially those living in the cities and are exposed to modern technology. Thankfully those in the outlying areas still play games with neighbours and friends.

I have no direct links for you but from what I've seen technology is not yet affecting the majority of people in Thailand other than giving them some peace and quiet while their kids play games.

Which aspect of the culture are you most interested in?
