If Gods love is endless why would he put us in hell to be tortured forever?

It's an idle threat. You can live like a prick for your entire life and as long as you repent before you die, you're in heaven.

Lol, gotta love those typos. Well, if you read the Old Testament, you will see just how angry God can get. He is a jealous God, just as it says in the ten commandments, and He wants all of you. If He didn't love you, He wouldn't have given you the choice on if you will go to heaven or not. After all, I think He has the say since He created everything. I hope this doesn't confuse you even more, and if you have any other questions, I'll be pleased to answer within my knowledge.

There is nothing in the orginal texts of the Bible to suggest that hell is anything more than the grave. The saved go on to have everlasting life with God, the unsaved cease to exist. The idea of hell as a place of pain and punishment didn't come until later, because the verses describing the suffering that comes simply from eternal separation from God were misinterpreted.

Because God is perfectly righteous. How can a good God not condemn wickedness and sin? When one ends up in hell they are just repaid back for the good and bad things done in their lives. It's not like anyone who ends up in hell will be treated unfairly for the things they did while living on earth. Obviously the more one sins the more punishment one must endure and the magnitude of punishment is different for everyone. It all boils down to how you lived your life while on earth. You will be rewarded accordingly for the good and bad things you did.

You know the answer he doesn't put be in hell to be tortured forever. People make their own decisions and have to live with themselves. The worst torture is to live with your own evil self. It may seem fine for a while, but eventually it will be hell to live with.

Because God is not a codependent God. We have consequences to our actions and he lets us know what those consequences are before we choose. He gives us a choice...we have free will. His love is endless and he will always love us, NOTHING can separate us from his love. Think about it this way...if someone continued to hurt you and do wrong to you, would you allow them to still be in your life (hopefully not), you would still love them, but to protect yourself, you would have to let that person go. All I can say is that God is not codependent, but he will always love us

Because God loves you enough to show you how wrong you were to reject His boundless love. So, He tortures you forever. Anything less would be unloving.

he doesn't want to force us to love him, he wants us to WANT to love him. it's a choice. he would love for all of us to come and live with him forever, but some of us choose not to love him here on this earth, his spirit and eternal life are a gift for us, and all we have to do is accept his gift, and love him. he's not asking for much in return.

He doesn't put us there. We put ourselves there. WE put ourselves through HELL everytime we try to run our own life instead of doing HIS will. You have to believe to understand.
