I have no reason to believe that I have it, no rashes, no sickness, nothing at all that would indicate that I would. But I'm just wanting people's opinion. One year ago I had unprotected sex with someone who I had met, things just got out of hand. Since then, I've had no sickness, weakness, of any kind or any sort, just wanting th facts to help me decide to get tested or not.

sometimes the symptoms dont show for a long time after but it only takes one time that u have sex unprotected for it to happen its always better to be sure get the test put your mind at ease otherwise you worrying about it can create false symptoms...

I was told when you first started hearing about it that it could take up to 20 years to manifest itself but that was like 20 years ago, I don't know if they've found out otherwise. I believe you get sores on your skin.

there are clinics where you can be tested for free which you should do if you are not 100% sure. they can be anoymous. but first symptoms are unexplained weight loss, night sweats, and low grade fevers that persist.
