I developed an allergy to avocados as I got older.
What foods are you allergic to? Were you born with it or did it develop over time?

I became suddenly allergic to coconut at age 25. I had eaten it for years, and then one day my throat started to swell up after a bite.
Now I carry an epipen and don't eat any foods without ingredients label -- if your allergy is serious, make sure to get an epipen for it.

I even have extreme hypersensitive reactions to all citrus fruit, oatmeal, eggs and finished wheat. As a new child, i became heavily allergic to cows milk. I outgrew that allergy in my 20's. sure, you could 'outgrow' hypersensitive reactions. i'm 50 and my nutrients hypersensitive reactions all started on the age of 5. approximately 8 years in the past, I ate some BBQ sauce that i did no longer know had lemon in it. i finished up interior the well-being midsection for 3 days! A notice of warning: Many commerically arranged meals could have ingredients no longer listed on the label. by utilising regulation, the manufacturers do no longer could desire to checklist a factor below 2% by utilising quantity! Lemon became no longer listed on the label of BBQ sauce, yet after investigating it, i found out that sure certainly it did have lemon, yet a very small quantity..........too small to checklist on the label!

Chocolate is a trigger for my migraines, and seafood makes me sick to my stomache. The former was discovered when I was a teenager (though I've always had the migraines) and the latter I always had a sensitivity to. I also have to be careful with tomatoes, if they touch my skin, I break out. I never ate tomatoes until I was a teen, so I'm not sure when exactly I figured that out.

I am very allergic to dried beef in Vietnam, first food to ever give me problems. This problem came on in maybe three months and the Doctor knew just what the problem was. He gave me something to calm the itches and no more dried beef.
