Lol, i know this will sound funny, but quit poking at your nipples. Your stimulating your milk horomones. Just leave them alone for a few weeks.
Or you could take up breastfeeding. Its there and ready! Your one of the lucky ones for sure!

Hey,
I am in the same boat. I had my son over 2 years ago and stopped breast feeding when he was 6 months old. I am still producing milk. I spoke to 2 Doctors and one Lactations nurse, who all told me that there is a chance I could be producing milk for years. It kind of puts a damper in my sex life with my husband, I'm sure you know. Anyway, they told me that there is a shot you can get to make your body stop producing the breast milk. It's quick and does the job.
Speak to your Dr. about it.
P.S. My Mom is 50 she hasn't breast fed in over 26 years and she said she can still express some milk. Besides that grossing me out, I'm refusing to let that be the case with me. So check out the shot ok.
Good luck my dear!
Michelle

I'm still breastfeeding my 12 monthold son... so I'm not sure how long it takes to dry up naturally. But I have heard of a special tea that Earth Mama Angel Baby makes that is supposed to help.
Here's the link. It's called "No more milk tea".

I have a friend that didnt stop lactating for 4 years. and she also never breast fed. I stoped lactating a week after I breastfed so i really think that Not breast feeding and contunuous lactation have something in common.

That's really funny. I DID breastfeed my son, but stopped about 2 years ago. I am still producing milk. My one side has recently mostly dried up, but the other side still drips when I squeeze it. I know a woman who was still producing like 6 YEARS after she stopped nursing her youngest. I don't know when it will stop, but it's very normal.

It took my milk a year to dry up. Wrap them tightly and don't try to express any milk from them. Any stimulation may cause them to leak. Just intercourse can cause them to leak too.

That is weird, it shouldn't be happening since you are not breastfeeding. It might be some hormonal unbalance, go to your doctor, he can give you pills to stop lactation.
