I would say the Europeans, because I know that belching is a compliment to the cook. A fart is just the reverse of a belch. Make sense.

It's not really a culture unless you one of the Klumps from the Nutty Professor. But really you should'nt do it at the table because you need to have manners.

while you're ingesting via your self, via all skill, fart away. while you're eating at my homestead, and farted on the table i'd ask you to circulate away. You for sure could circulate to the restroom. i've got faith that persons who fart on the dinner table with others modern are rude and boorish.

I'm not sure. In Germany it's a compliment to burp at the table - I'm not sure about farting though. Anyway, if you do fart at the table, just blame it on the dog! :o)

Its in some arab country I think, its a sign that you have enjoyed your food and of course they have spicy food so if you didn't I suppose they'd think you didn't enjoy your food! But phew!!!!!!!!
