people feel depressed only when they think there is no one to share their feelings or thoughts so to get out of depression one can talk to a confidential person regarding his/her thoughts this confidential person can be the parents,friendsor a psycologist/a counsellor..
the other way is also to keep the mind out of stress that leads to depression .it can be done by yoga, writting diary ,or developing a hobby .

First of all stop thinking that you have any problem and start living in the present. Do your duties whether you like it or not, whether you feel like doing anything or not. Divert your mind towards the things that interest you...watching movies, going for a walk, listening to good music and meditation. These things surely help a person come out of it. Do what gives you happiness. Set realistic goals and achieve them. Keep smilaing.....:)

the main reason for depression is lonliness. so make a lot of friends speak to them, go out with them, engage yourself in as much activities as u can. do not stay at home and brood over yourself. self pity is very harmful. life comes only once so try to enjoy and help others and be happy

to come out of depression, one must make ourself busy in other activities, or get oneself engaged in the topics interested. Depression is the root cause of all diesease, both mentally and physically. one best way is through meditation/yoga which helps one to recover from the mode of depression and get relief and satisfaction and enjoy life.

remember u only live once!!better live it full!engage urself in activities that gives u maximum satisfaction,do something good to somebody in dire need,at the end of the day u r the most happy person.interact with peaple who r good, friendly,and reciprocative.keep urself occupied in such a way that there should be no room for boredome.goodluck

A little exercise, more water, and natural light (dont hide in the basement). It also helps if you mention to someone that you're not feeling at your best, a little shove in the right direction will help. Helpful? ;)
