Work out every day for 4-5 hours and only consume about 800 calories. Did you ever watch the Biggest Loser. Yeah, you gotta do it like that. Watch what you eat and exercise your butt off. Literally. 20 pounds in 3 months is totally doable. Just gotta watch your portions and count calories and make sure you exercise enough to burn what you eat, plus more. 3500 calories equals a pound and you can shoot for losing up to 3-4 pounds a week if you are on a rigorous diet. So yeah, really watch what you eat and exercise.

Unless you are a very heavy person, losing this much weight in three months is very, very dangerous. It is recommended that you not lose more than 1% of your body weight each week.

Consistent adherence to a program will allow you to lose this weight over time. Of course you need to eat the right foods. (You might consider a food combining diet.) Avoid starches, sugars, and alcohol.

Look up aerobic exercise. You need to exercise 3-5 times per week, 30-60 minutes per day (http://www.netfit.co.uk/wkaer.htm).

Make sure you pick an exercise or exercises that you enjoy and can integrate with your daily life. The exercise program must be a high priority for you and it must be something that is built into your schedule. If you get your heart rate to the same level, it does not matter which of the following exercises you choose:

Stepping
Walking
Aerobic dance
Swimming
Bicycling
Cross-country skiing
Running
Jogging
Aquatic exercise
Dancing
Stair climbing
Elliptical training
Rowing

Good luck on your weight loss program.

i would say the fastest way to do it is running 15-20 minutes a day, yet dont make up too much for the calories u burn, but make up just a little back, so it works properly
