Whey, Soy, Casein..anything else?
I know whey absorbs faster into muscles and is better for morning and after workouts..and casein is absorbed slower and better for nights..but what about soy..am i missing anything with the 3 types?? any other types of protein??

In response to Kimmer K ..taking in protein after workouts is very cruicial..your body is striving for nutrients after a tough workout and will absorb and digest the most after a workout
