Does anyone know if you have to have a licenses to transport unleaded gas?

It would be going from continet to continet on ship. Is it illegal?

contact the ports you will be arriving in. it all depends upon their local codes, etc.

I doubt very much if that would be legal. Homeland security checkpoints would probably stop that from happening.
