anyone on slimfast or tried it and lost weight what did you eat on it what was your daily meal plan on it thank you !

Liquid diets are NOT healthy for the human body. The primary reason is that besides some fat and water, valuable muscle tissue is lost as well. This slows down metabolism. Fasting and very low calorie diets, such as liquid diets, that are not medically supervised do not supplement the body's nutrient requirements to function properly.

SUDDEN DEATH can result in a low calorie liquid diet. that includes FASTING. no offense to any religions.

BUT Medically supervised fasting or liquid diets contain high quality protein and carbohydrates. They are supplemented with vitamins, minerals and electrolytes. With careful supervision, weight loss can be accomplished safely. Such programs require careful medical screening.

so good luck to you and please don't go to the extreme and and become anorexic or bulimic just to impress SOCIETY... impress yourself. that's the best reward!

my overweight reading teacher is. and he said a plain eggs scramble in the morn and salad at lunch and chiken wings at dinner

some ppl do lose weight on it but i couldnt lose on it, to many carbs!
