Irrelevant. Depends too much on the guy. I'd personally like a sweet, charming, tough, confident woman. If a woman is lacking confidence or charm, I'm not interested.

I've been too stupid too many times to be attracted to the tough confident woman and was kicked in the pants every time. A mix of the sweet charming and confident is better.

All people are multi-faceted a question like that will just get you thousands of answers from all different types of males who want different things. Then you'll think you need to be superhuman. For the most part also woman aren't in black and white either. We all are tough at times, charming and nice at others.
I also wouldn't go so far as to list the things someone needs to be either. It's the age old phrase, "be yourself."

well personally you need a little of both you want her sweet and charming but you also want some confidence but it depends on the guy and your personality type

Definitely the confident women. They're more difficult to win over, and no guy in his right mind would be able to resist a challenge like that.

we like a little bit of everything. we like a girl that is sexy, shy, spontaenous, wild, innocent.. and the list goes on. we want a woman that will keep us on our toes. if we had a woman with all those qualities i think less dudes would cheat. i'm not a cheater.. i'm just saying. boredom and curiousity leads a man to another woman.
