if the quote is "God bless Mary 2, and all who sail in her" ...that would be the formula for a traditional ship christening ( just before you break the champagne bottle).....

and would have been for the new liner Queen Mary 2....

.I'll leave it to you to search but I'll bet one American dollar it would have been Queen Elizabeth II who said it
