Raisin Bran!

You can also buy wheat germ in large jars and put it in most anything. Add it to soup, stews, cereals, yogurt... just put it in everything.

You'll be FIBER rich in no time!

Fresh fruits and veggies never hurt anyone either and are chock full of fiber. Have a salad! Eat NON-PROCESSED foods. Apples, bananas, broccoli, romaine lettuce, spinach ... YUM!

Raisin Bran, Beans (have a bowl of chili) and Fiber for life bread by Aunt Millies (5-6 grams per slice, and it doesnt taste like sawdust)
try to get 30 grams at least per day.
Good luck

try oatmeal for breakfast, apples for snacks, sprinkle wheat bran on your pizza, serve peas or beans with every meal, eat only whole grain bread, no more white bread or white rice.

read labels looking for fiber.

meat, cheese and fish have virtually no fiber.
