5'5 and 120??? You don't need to lose weight. You aren't eating enough either. You should shoot for about 1200 calories or your body will be put under stress which releases cortisol which causes you to maintain body fat. Thank your ancestors for that. If you aren't happy with your body, you really should consider working out. Any exercise would work. Do some situps at commercial break, curl a 3 pound weight while reading, anything. That will be a lot better for you than starving yourself.

Sorry, but it sounds like your fine just the way you are. You don't need to lose any weight. Also, 700 calories is way too little for a person to be eating in a day. The best thing you can do for yourself is to have a healthy diet.

Are you anorexic? You don't need to lose any weight. 700 calories a day is not enough to give you balanced nutrition and you are actually causing your metabolism to slow down due to the low calorie intake. Eat small meals -- like 5 or 6 during the day and exercise. You need to speed up your metabolism before you cut any more calories.

stolibabe is right about your body's metabolism going into low drive as a result of your calorie intake. if you are under 18 years old, you are also endangering your body's natural healthy growth. older than that, i'd say follow stolibabe's advise and eat more, at least 1800 calories a day, and then add aerobic activity to restart your metabolism. you may find that the weight of 120 looks good when your body gets toned from healthy activity.

It doesn't sound as if you need to lose more weight unless you are abnormally small-boned. Furthermore, a 700-calorie/day diet is not a good idea for more than a few days.

Are you serious?! You don't need to lose any more weight.
You need to eat more calories, or you're metabolism will stop and then you will start to gain weight. Eat at least 1200 calories a day.
Really, you don't need to lose any more weight. Do a BMI test or a healthy weight test, you will see.

There are quite a few "loose weight quick" schemes - that work.
Drink at least 2 litres of water a day.
Only eat vegetables and fruit for a week.
Go to the doctor and get a prescription for apetite suppressents!! But that's only in extreme circumstance.

In order to lose weight......you are going to have to eat more.
Eating 700 calories a day, sends a message to your body that you are starving it.

You need to burn more calories than you consume. Lift weights and do cardio. Don't skip breakfast and eat light snacks throughout the day to boost metabolism.
