Did Adam and Eve have belly-buttons / navels? A belly-button is formed by the umbilical cord that connects a baby in the womb to its mother. Adam and Eve were created directly by God, and did not go through the normal birthing process. So, Adam and Eve would not have had belly buttons.

God created Adam and Eve and they weren't born so there was no need for a belly button..

that's actually a good question since the belly button is our way to get food from our mothers and since Adam and Eve were not born from a mother they might not have....

No, they did not. Assuming for the sake of discussion that we all accept Christianity at its word, the belly button is a scar, a scar they would not have had. They would have possessed the genes to have formed an umbilical cord as their children would need it but they themselves would lack the scar.

There was no need for that. Because more than the fashion they were looking for basic needs such as food,water , shelter & protection.

i think eve had a rib hole and adam had a deformed looking mid section due to the lack of said rib.

Yes; they absolutely did. God created them complete in every way. In order for their offspring to have belly buttons, they would have to have them also. Its all part of the genetic process.

I believe they had because they because God knew that they were going to have children. But if they did not have, He could have added them after wards.
