Small/toy breeds usually about 9 months, Medium breeds about 12 months, Large breeds about 18 months, and Giant breeds about 24 months.

Depends, what is the breed of dog?? Larger breed dogs tend to take longer to reach full grown size... and continue to fill out after that.. Small breed dogs tend to quickly reach their full grown size. Mutts.. You never can tell..

It depends on the breed. Small dogs are mature at 1 year old, giant breeds will not be mature until they are 3 years old.

usually dogs are full size at about 6 mos., but they are growing inside for about a yr. and this varies per breed, individual dog etc.

Height wise, six to eight months. Weight wise is how much are you going to feed them

I'm actually curious as well, i have a shihpoo who is 4 months old and twice as big as i when i first got him...i dont want him to get too much bigger.
